Shipping Information

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS for all orders. Please contact us if you have a special preference for a shipping carrier. Otherwise, orders are shipped using Standard Free Shipping.

USPS Ground free shipping Within the continental United States (excluding P.O Boxes). 

The United States Postal Service is used for locations outside of the continental U.S. and to P.O. boxes. Customer Service can provide these shipping costs.

All products are custom made, and we usually ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed except for weekends and holidays. USPS Ground (for continental US addresses) usually takes 5-7 business days. Shipping included for all orders within the US.

Tracking

• You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
• You may track your order by entering the tracking number into google and select the carrier.
• If you have not received a notification after 3 days, please email us with your order details.

If damages occur in shipping, please contact Customer Service immediately.
